Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment with the personality and conduct the interview base on BPH standardize questionnaire 

- To conduct min 10 - 15 interviews monthly

- Product presentation & offering to the personality

- Drafting the biography & others in our CRM system

- Follow through with the personality

- Collaborate closely with the TMs to achieve personal target and company target as a whole

• Execute events and activities according to the Master Schedule (equip IBO with relevant skills).
• Update and disseminate department's training material/tools and support all network development activities.
• Monitor and replenish training materials, stationeries and supplies to support training events.

Our Event & Sales Team are on an exciting journey and looking to grow! Based at the hotel, you will work closely with the wider Sales team who will provide leads coming in centrally.

What will I do?

• Work closely with the wider Sales team
• Maximise sales across accommodation, meetings & events, conference & banqueting, promoting the hotel estate & facilities available
• Reactive sales - follow up, finalise and complete leads coming in from the central sales team as well as enquiries coming direct into the hotel
• Carry out site inspections/show rounds to potential guests & customers

Is this the role for me?

• Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
• Ideally, you will have sales experience within hotels, exhibitions or stadia, however, we are also open to consider individuals from another sector, as long as you have experience selling ‘a service’
• Will also consider individuals who have operational meeting & events hotel experience coupled with some sales experience
• KPI and target driven
• Ability to multi-task and manage the demands which come with a sales role
• Able to think outside the box and have ideas on how to maximise opportunities

About the team:

The Corporate Systems team at FIS is a dedicated group of professionals responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. They are involved in various meetings and events, such as VITS 2023 and Tech Talks, and discussions about topics like AI, Agile, and Microsoft 365.

What you will be doing

• Research, creates, writes, edits and proofreads more complex technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications to provide clients with information regarding technical areas in a less technical way.

• Performs usability testing with clients on documentation and utilizes feedback to improve documentation and standards.

• Composes or updates material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, projects, technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures and installation, operation and maintenance software and hardware.

• Selects appropriate media and distribution methods.

• Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs.

• Reads previous documentation and design notes and uses computer based training, or company technical products to gather and research technical information for use in more complex documentation. May be asked to assist with interviewing programmers, engineers, developers and other technical personnel.

• Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards, e.g., order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.

• Maintains records and files of work and revisions, may select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts to illustrate material, assist in laying out material for publication and arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material.

What you bring

• Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching and writing skills

• Should have 7+ years of experience in technical writing for Development team in IT Industry.

•Should be ready to work in 2-11 PM Shift.
• Thorough knowledge of information mapping concepts
• Skill in investigation and analysis, preparing written material and business communication and training
• Proficient with the following software: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint
• Skill in evaluating documentation, production and quality control and publishing system operation
• Skill in understanding and focusing on client needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
• Skill in editing writing for punctuation, syntax and grammar
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public      

• Understanding of data mapping and system integrations

Job Description

• Set up the standard operating processes and templates to support global events and international operations at scale.
• Coordinating with partners, setting up/maintaining event registration pages, drafting marketing materials, sending marketing materials via SGN’s marketing platforms, tracking event sign-ups or assisting in post-event matters.
• Assist in back-of-house operations as part of the enhanced partnership framework. This includes but not limited to procuring services from vendors, drafting partnership agreements with corporate partners, coordinating with relevant parties involved in the operations, setting up meetings/progress updates, tracking the agreements, managing marketing inventories and handling of data entry/processing for internal systems.
• Support ad-hoc office admin matters where required.

Requirement

• At least a diploma in any discipline with one to three years of working experience in marketing, communications, administration or operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational and project management skills and able to multitask.
• Able to use Microsoft Office proficiently.
• Must be comfortable with working with digital tools or eager to learn how to use digital tools such as Salesforce, event and social media management platforms
