· Quarterly GST reporting
· Monthly management reporting and analysis
· Cashflow
· Inventory management
· Job costing
· A/R including issue of DOs, tax invoices and monitoring receipts
· A/P including monitoring payments to suppliers
· Payroll
· Petty cash and staff claims
· Handling administrative documents and correspondences
· Procurement including sourcing and ordering materials
· Adhoc duties assigned or as and when required
· Handling insurance renewals
Job Requirements
· Education Level– Minimum-Diploma
· Experience in accounting field- Full set Account
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word), familiar with Quickbooks System
· Able to work independently, under pressure and with good communication skills
· Responsible, Conscientious and meticulous team player
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide alternative solutions
