- Responsible for the Global Payment cashier payment method recommendation module, combining local conditions, user habits, payment promotion, payment success rate, cost, and other platform commercial demands to accurately recommend payment method options for users, in order to improve cashier conversion and penetration of specific payment methods.

ABOUT THE ROLE....
The Store Cashier and HR/Payroll Manager multiple roles as follows. Store Cashier, requiring to undertake the banking, balancing of the cash safe and supplying change daily to the Customer Service Department.
As HR/Payroll Support the duties include ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll as well as assisting the Store and Department Managers in the implementation of Human Resources best practice.

In this role you will be Responsible for:
Cashier
o Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to the correct department

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies, while optimizing cost control measures and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, service standards, and responsible alcohol service to promote a knowledgeable and efficient team.
• Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing any performance or disciplinary issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques related to bar management and operations, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.

​​As a Cashier you will:

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change to customers.\
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times and reconcile any discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, including cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Prepare daily cash reports and deposits, following the designated procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain effective cash handling policies and procedures, ensuring the security of cash and minimizing the risk of theft or fraud.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale establishment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Solid understanding of bar operations, including drink preparation, inventory management, and quality control.
• Knowledge of local alcohol laws, responsible alcohol service, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
