Pfizer Canada cherche à engager une personne afin de soutenir les activités de gestion de projets et de mise en œuvre de la communication interne pour l’équipe de l’Expérience employés (Ressources humaines). Notre équipe est à la recherche d’un candidat proactif et énergique. Dans ce rôle, la personne choisie participera à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de nombreuses initiatives et campagnes internes visant à mobiliser les employés et à promouvoir le bien-être chez Pfizer Canada.

Fonctions principales :

• Soutenir la planification et la mise en œuvre des campagnes et des initiatives de communication interne.
• Mettre en œuvre des programmes de communication interne visant à informer les employés des objectifs, des gestes audacieux, des valeurs, des nouvelles et des politiques de l’entreprise pour renforcer l’engagement et la connaissance.
• Participer à la planification des activités visant à stimuler la culture d’entreprise et à promouvoir l’échange d’initiatives entre tous les employés dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise au Canada (réunions générales, réunions des dirigeants, activités lies au bien-être, etc.).
• Écrire et créer le contenu visuel pour les canaux de communication interne. Responsable de la création du contenu en partenariat avec le fournisseur multimédia externe.
• Aider à mesurer le succès des programmes de l’Expérience employés.

Exigences générales :

• Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat ou maîtrise) dans le domaine des affaires, des communications ou des ressources humaines
• Expérience et maîtrise des logiciels (Microsoft Office 365, PfizerWorld, logiciel d’édition de photos et de vidéos, etc.)
• Expérience de travail antérieure dans le secteur pharmaceutique, un atout
• Grand souci du détail
• Autonomie et excellent sens de l’organisation
• Souplesse et capacité de travailler sous pression à plusieurs projets à la fois

• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) – le ou la titulaire du poste doit pouvoir bien communiquer en anglais, car ses fonctions exigent des interactions avec des intervenants et collègues se trouvant à l’extérieur du Québec ou du Canada.

Role Purpose: Assist People Experience (Human Resources) team in executing internal communication plans to support our purpose.

Pfizer Canada is looking to hire an individual to support project management and execution of internal communications activities for the People experience team (Human Resources). Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic candidate. In this role, you will be exposed to the development and implementation of various internal initiatives/campaigns to engage colleagues and elevate the importance of wellbeing across Pfizer Canada.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provides support for the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns & initiatives
• Executes internal communications programs to inform employees of company purpose, bold moves, values, news, and policies to ensure engagement and awareness.
• Contributes to the planning of events to drive culture and promote sharing of organization-wide initiatives with all Canadian colleagues (Town Halls, Leader Forums, Wellbeing events, etc.)
• Writing & development of visual content for internal communications channels. Responsible for creating content in partnership with external multi-media vendor.
• Assists in the measurement of People Experience programs.

General Qualifications:

• University degree (bachelors, masters) in a Business, Communications, or Human Resources-based field

• Experience and proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Office 365, PfizerWorld, photo and video editing software, etc)

• Previous work experience in pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous

• Strong attention to detail

• Autonomous, excellent organizational skills

• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent oral and written English and French communication skills

• Bilingualism (French and English) - must be able to communicate well in English, as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.
