Responsibilities:
1. Participating in setting curriculum for all coaching activities. Develop and implement age-appropriate comprehensive football training programs for young children and youths, following the Real Madrid Foundation methodology. Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies, trends, and innovations in football.
2. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and character building in alignment with the values of the club.
3.Evaluate player performance and progress, providing individualized feedback and setting goals for improvement. Design and conduct player assessments to identify and lead the player assessment process twice a year.
4. Design and execute practice drills, exercises, and game simulations to enhance players' football skills and decision-making capabilities.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and a love for the game.
6. Creating and maintaining a pool of coaching staff and manage the team of coaches, allocating their training sessions, ensuring effective coaching resource utilization.
7. Responsible for the training and development of coaches including annual assessment. Oversee coaching staff, ensuring they adhere to high coaching standards and implement effective training sessions.
8. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to organize tournaments, friendly matches, and events.
9. Identifying sport material procurement needs.
10. Ensure the safety and well-being of players and coaches during training sessions and matches.
Requirements:
1. UEFA Pro/A License or equivalent coaching qualification.
2. Extensive coaching experience at a high level, preferably with a focus on youth development.
3. Strong understanding of Real Madrid's football philosophy and commitment to its implementation.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire coaching staff and players.
5. Proficient in talent identification and player development strategies.
6. Organizational skills to manage football-related events and programs effectively.
7. Flexibility to adapt coaching methodologies based on individual player needs.
