We're looking for a remote/hybrid Director of Enterprise Security Operations to lead our Enterprise Security Operations function within the enterprise IT department's Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization.
In partnership with the internal security organization and other teams across enterprise IT, this role ensures that the business is taking the right steps to proactively stay ahead of the dynamic threat landscape by identifying areas of need and driving relevant cultural, procedural, and technical transformation across the entire business landscape. This role works at the strategic business level to proactively identify, plan, coordinate, and lead transformation of this space with a focus on risk containment, mitigation, and creating a culture of accountability.
Responsibilities
Translate company policy into relevant operational practices, services, and programs that proactively ensure the compliance and protection of enterprise technology and data assets
Acts as compliance champion to ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met across the enterprise landscape
Operate and automate a portfolio of security services and tooling (WAF, DAM, ATP, PKI lifecycle management services, etc.) that strengthens security posture and enables the enterprise to easily stay secure and compliant
Proactively identify and lead structured programs to ensure vulnerabilities are actively identified and mitigated via scalable approaches with appropriate reporting and governance
Identify areas of opportunity and drive change within the enterprise technology and security tooling portfolio that ultimately removes risk from the enterprise landscape or makes staying secure/compliant easier
Partner with and influence the enterprise security organization to identify and drive improvements across the enterprise security policy, tooling, and process landscape
Partners with key stakeholders in Autodesk IT and Security and Compliance organizations to plan and execute shared roadmaps, strategies, and programs
Lead a global team of highly qualified security professionals
Oversee budget for related tools and services
Partner with incident response team during active threat scenarios to coordinate, enable, and accelerate necessary activities across enterprise IT landscape, both on-premises and in public cloud
Proactively identify potential risk scenarios and actively manage their resolution
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field, leading a team of security professionals with global scope
10+ years experience identifying, implementing, and operating information security related tooling
A capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
The ability to identify and critically analyze problems and dysfunctions to determine root causes and drive transformational change across a complex enterprise landscape
A history of inspiring, growing, and retaining a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
Experience implementing new processes and governance programs
Experience responding to active threats in a global and enterprise landscape
Experience managing budget and financials
Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
Experience in both on-premises and cloud-based security domains
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus

POSITION SUMMARY
The Public Works (PW) Director shall be responsible for the full scope of Contractor's responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality management programs supporting the Government and the Singapore Base Operating Services Contract (SBOSC).
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sole administrator of the Contractor's Public Works Program, having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met.

QUALIFICTIONS

WORKING CONDITIONS
The regular working hours are from 0730-1730, five days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal and local holidays. Position Overview
