We have an exciting opportunity for an Arborist Apprenticeship Course Manager to join our Apprenticeships Department based here at our York campus. This role will be working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for planning and deliver high quality training to an agreed teaching caseload, delivering a range of arboriculture skills. This role also involves visiting apprentices in their workplace to carry out checks on their progress, so a full UK driving licence is essential, as well as the physical ability to access workplaces.
The successful candidate will have relevant knowledge and skills alongside recent practical experience in the industry, most likely in a Arborist role.
Educated to level 3 or above in a relevant subject, candidates should be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. With excellent knowledge of industry, you will have current qualifications in most or all of the following:
