Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to cash management in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The Senior Lead Analyst position is an integral member of the Global Regulatory Reporting Group (GRR).  The GRR Group is a high profile function, providing financial information to the regulators including the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).  The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly on a regular basis with Management and will also interact very closely with other groups throughout Citi, including Risk, Treasury, Controllers, SEC Reporting, Accounting Policy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Capital Planning, and Finance & Risk Shared Services.   The core responsibilities include preparation and analysis of the quarterly, semi-annual and annual Regulatory Reports required by FRB and OCC for Citigroup and Citibank entities, including FR Y-9C, Call Report, and Comprehensive Capital Assessment Review (CCAR).  Other responsibilities include certain earnings release, 10-Q/10-K disclosures, preparation/review of Board of Directors and Senior Management Presentations and Analyst Packages, maintenance of the global Accounting Policy Manual, internal controls on Regulatory data integrity, data quality improvement projects as well as implementation of new reporting systems.

This position is responsible for supporting Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

Job Description

Citigroup’s Capital Planning organization is responsible for the firm’s capital planning activities across the full range of operating environments, from business-as-usual conditions, through stress, recovery and resolution (the Capital Planning continuum). These activities are essential to determining Citi’s target capital levels, dividends and share buybacks, level of Risk Weighted Assets and reported capital ratios.

The Capital Planning team coordinates the multi-year, multi-scenario forecasting exercise conducted on a quarterly basis and aggregates the forecasting results for internal reporting and for annual CCAR/DFAST submission to regulators using FRY-14A forms.

The Y14A Forecast Reporting Analyst will report to the Head of Y14A Projections Reporting and will contribute to the annual production process of the FRY-14A reports as well as the submission to the regulatory agencies.

They will also be responsible for defining and documenting the reporting process and the associated controls and specifying/testing enhancements to the regulatory reporting system.

The role will provide exposure to financial and regulatory reporting and will partner extensively with colleagues across Finance and Technology. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required given the high level of interaction with several stakeholders throughout the firm. Additionally, the role requires a control mindset, strong project leadership and excellent communication skills.

Production Responsibilities

The HR Summer Analyst program begins in June with a training program, providing Summer Analysts with an overview of Citi, a technology training session, and an introduction to Citi’s HR organization.  The Summer Program will provide Summer Analysts with Senior and Junior Mentors, networking opportunities and Senior Speaker Events where Citi’s senior HR leaders host discussions and answer questions about their careers and the HR functions.

The Summer Analysts will receive real-world work, and will be expected to add value to their teams during the 10 weeks.  In addition to their daily work, the Summer Analysts will also have the opportunity to network with other Citi interns, current program participants and alumni, and other HR professionals.  The program concludes with the Summer Analysts presenting their accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior HR Management team.

• The Project support analyst is a vital member of the Finance Transformation’s.

• Reporting to the project management team they will be part of the PMO office which manages and coordinates work across key pillars of the Finance Transformation Program including: culture, risk and controls, architecture and technology, data, and communication.

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to recruit, develop, and manage an effective Internal Audit team, that ensures the firm meets audit standards and regulations in partnership with business leaders and the develop, execute, and evaluate audit plans. The role also includes taking direction from the audit senior manager and audit director to assist in other audit functions, including issue validations and risk assessments, in accordance with Citi’s internal audit methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans
• Manage a small to medium sized team of Internal Audit professionals that delivers audit reports, in accordance with Internal audit and regulatory standards
• Recruit staff, develop talent, build effective teams, and manage a budget
• Manage audit activities for a component of a product line at the regional or country level including a portion of the annual audit plan
• Review and approves the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for various tasks
• Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on the overall control environment and audit approach
• Advise and assists the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and technology to a specific product or function
• Use communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences including product, function, or regional executive management partners
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Experience with Regulatory reporting is a plus
• Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective influencing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

• 6-10 years of project management experience – preferably from a financial services environment

• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.
