Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to cash management in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to facilitate multiple complex transaction types from end to end, including escalation as needed. The candidate will be primarily responsible for performing callback client validations of wire transfer instructions in addition to ensuring timely execution of wire transfer requests received from internal/ external Private Bank clients, confirm authenticity of client instructions in accordance with validation procedures. The position requires extensive interaction with business partners as well as funds transfer team members located in Jersey City, Tampa, and India. The candidate needs to be client service oriented, speak directly to clients regarding transaction requests and investigate and resolve client inquiries. The candidate is expected to perform a minimum of 60-90 calls to the client. The unit processes an average of 500 - 1000 transactions each day. Job Description
Citigroup’s Capital Planning organization is responsible for the firm’s capital planning activities across the full range of operating environments, from business-as-usual conditions, through stress, recovery and resolution (the Capital Planning continuum). These activities are essential to determining Citi’s target capital levels, dividends and share buybacks, level of Risk Weighted Assets and reported capital ratios.
The Capital Planning team coordinates the multi-year, multi-scenario forecasting exercise conducted on a quarterly basis and aggregates the forecasting results for internal reporting and for annual CCAR/DFAST submission to regulators using FRY-14A forms.
The Y14A Forecast Reporting Analyst will report to the Head of Y14A Projections Reporting and will contribute to the annual production process of the FRY-14A reports as well as the submission to the regulatory agencies.
They will also be responsible for defining and documenting the reporting process and the associated controls and specifying/testing enhancements to the regulatory reporting system.
The role will provide exposure to financial and regulatory reporting and will partner extensively with colleagues across Finance and Technology. The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team.
