• Provide technical advisory to the analysts, establishing data analytics support (including development of machine learning models, dashboards)
• Lead data analytics projects that are commissioned by institutions and provide recommendations based on the insights and analysis done
• Partner with stakeholders and cross functional teams in your course of work especially the Regional Finance offices to achieve the desired outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines, preferably at least 5 years of technical experience and 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong experience in Python coding
• Strong theoretical understanding of financial/statistical modelling, machine learning, data mining and related techniques
• Technical experience with data wrangling, data prep and building visualisation dashboards with Tableau/Qlik Sense/Power BI
• Experience with algorithms and high coding proficiency with tools such as R/Python/SQL
• Good understanding of MATLAB, SPSS, STATA etc.
