Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a nurturing and inclusion atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborating with teachers and administrators to develop and implement tailored support plans for students.
Providing one on one assistance and small group instruction to address academic and behavioural needs.
Implementing strategies to promote social skills development, self-regulation, and positive behaviour.
Monitoring student process and adjusting support strategies as needed to ensure success.
Serving as an advocate for students with diverse needs and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
The 4 Day Week Campaign believes it would “dramatically improve the lives of teachers”. We are always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance at The Westleigh School and we are excited to have been asked to be part of a trial of the 4-Day teaching week for staff whilst continuing to receive full-time pay, which will commence 2023/2024
