An exciting, rapidly growing business specialising in retail supply, is offering a new Internal Account manager position. The current position is a full-time office-based role, with the successful candidate having a potential progression path into the Company's External Sales structure.

Your new role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your customers, providing end-to-end customer support and troubleshooting. You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of accounts, including order processing and order management. You will need to drive sales through effective management, active engagement, and relationship management to increase sales and profitability. With this you will also need to be proactive and source for new sales opportunities from existing and new clients.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The key requirement of this role is to have relevant experience in a sale focused role, being able to work towards deadlines and manage your own diary is of high importance. You must be able to use Microsoft Office packages, have high excellence in customer service skills and good communication selling skills over the phone.
What you\'ll get in return
In return from this rapidly growing company, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 dependent on your level of experience. The office is based in Birmingham and offers free on-site parking.
