1. Supporting and assisting the manager in the execution of EPX goals.
2. Plant project management for new product introduction, or series maintenance project:
a) Manage the execution of new product introduction project for new platform or platform variations.
b) Support Customer/Product Project Manager on the regular project management activities.
c) Coordinate and follow-up project related activities with cross-functional teams in the plant, simultaneous engineering (SE) team, product development team, and customer project team with focus on interest for all sides, specifically related to product design, process requirements, access realization possibilities, organization of DFMA workshop and deliverables of project’s milestones.
d) Support the creation and revision of project management plan (e.g.: schedules and milestones, costs and budget, resource management, risks management and etc.)
e) Capture and report project status, monitor project execution, risks management and create/maintain project open point list (OPL) accordance to ASPICE and FLOW processes.
f) Documentation of intermediate results and reporting of the same.
g) Support customer visits and audits.
h) Support the acquisition activity and coordinate inputs with manufacturing teams, development and purchasing for costs calculation.
i) Manage and coordinate the realization of customer sample build activities for the assigned project to ensure ontime delivery to customer within the agreed quality and specifications.
k) Participate in forums or exhibitions to regularly keep up to date in latest project management methods.
3. Samples, product validations and engineering change request (ECR) coordination.
4. Support Business Plan, International Production Network (IPN) and International Development Network (IDN) related activities on demand.
5. Actively pursuing professional development ensures that knowledge and skills stay relevant, up to date, and enough to make a good decision and willing to take control over assigned tasks with minimum to zero interference from the manager.
