Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:-
· Assist in the management of accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP) functions
· Perform data entries and assist in day-to-day operation of finance department
· Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions
· Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned
· To ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial data
· Perform data entries accurately and efficiently
· Provide support as needed in the finance department
· Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
· Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:-
· Minimum requirement: Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting
· Minimum 2 years experience
· Required skills : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Meticulous in carrying out work orders
· Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and willing to learn
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
· Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
· No relevant working experience is required as full training will be provided.
· Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
· Able to commit beyond official work hours, as & when necessary
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
