Job scope :

Qualifications and Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, 2016 and 2019.
• Extensive experience of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 Installation and configuration.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join the staff of the HHMI Science Operations Office (SOO) located at the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The role involves assisting the Science Operations Manager in the delivery of an array of support services for HHMI research scientists and their laboratory staff. This SOO supports labs located at UT Southwestern, The University of Texas at Austin (Austin, TX), University of Texas Health Science Center (San Antonio, TX), Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX), Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN), and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (Birmingham, AL).

About the Administrative Coordinator role:

What you’ll do:
