What you'll be doing 

• Develop and deliver customized business-specific procedural training to ensure stakeholders understand and manage risks appropriately.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule and tracking system.
• Assist with the identification of business-specific procedural training gaps.
• Act as liaison with Independent Risk Management, where applicable, to ensure training gaps are being addressed and provide feedback on the program.
• Partner with division management, peers and other support teams to develop appropriate training content.
• Under manager’s guidance, play a key role in the planning, development, and delivery of a formal onboarding program for LOB new hires.
• Design content for training curriculum, materials and communication in alignment with change management policy, standards and process documents.
• Deliver training and communication to raise awareness and educate impacted colleagues on change management requirements across business and stakeholder groups.
• Build strong internal working relationships to interface regularly with multiple support teams including business analysts, user acceptance testers, technology partners, and trainers to ensure successful training implementations.
• Research, develop, publish, and refresh training content for LOB workflow.
• Identify and implement appropriate training delivery methodology by content and audience.
• Create presentations and informational videos that support business initiatives or project implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, trainers, operations staff, and technology partners to deliver the documentations timely and accurately.
• Lead and oversee team members to design, develop and deliver training content as required by LOB.

Who you are 

• You have a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, financial institution, or a fast-paced business environment.
• You have a minimum of four years of experience in technical and soft skill training content development in the financial services industry.
• You can demonstrate experience in the design, development and delivery of learning strategies and programs.

What does your typical day look like?



The Learning Manager will be managing a team of 4 and will be part of the wider Talent and Learning Team of 12 people. On a daily
basis the Learning Manager will collaborate and interact with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Manager, HRBPs and the centre
of expertise teams to plan and execute their responsibilities. As the key accountability for the Learning Manager is to design
learning solutions and facilitate learning for the whole organisation, on a regular basis they will interact with line managers
and employees across all sites. Expertise in the learning field, performance management and successful stakeholder management in a
multi-site business are key to this role. Being able to design leaning solutions and build and maintain strong relationships are
the top skills needed in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the conception and implementation.




Other key tasks will include, but not limited to:




* Stakeholder management: Line managers, white and blue collar employees, HRBPs at different sites, HR Centre of Expertise,
learning providers, relevant colleagues in the Ferrero eco-system
* Articulating and managing the full learning cycle for FBC UK colleagues at all levels. Identifying the governance and processes
with relevant parts of the business and implementing them while ensuring compliance. Holding briefing meetings on learning
governance and processes for colleagues, Line Managers and HRBPs
* Conducting learning needs analysis (survey and line manager meetings) when needed and identifying collective learning needs.
Report the results to the business and lead an action plan with leaders in the business
* Managing learning interventions: Design and delivery of relevant learning activities and coordination of all learning
activities (mandatory, skill-based and functional programmes and events)
* Managing SuccessFactors - learning management system effectively to facilitate learning and maximise learning opportunities for
FBC UK employees at all levels
* Working with FBC UK values, behaviours and competency frameworks: Mapping learning activities with values, behaviours and
competencies and communicating them. Building awareness within the business
* Supporting the design of 'Line Manager Excellence Programme' and executing it
* Collaborating with Internal Communications function for effective communication (briefings and guidance) of all learning
activities. Turning learning into a habit for all employees
* Managing performance management activities for the whole business in collaboration with the HRBPs and mapping out learning
needs in the business and designing solutions to fulfil those needs
* Designing and leading the execution of the induction programme across all sites in collaboration with the HR Shared Services
Team, the HRBPs on all sites and the Talent Manager
* Design and facilitate DEI and mental health awareness learning solutions or workshops in collaboration with the Talent
Acquisition Manager, Talent Manager and H&S
* Measure success of the learning programmes, behavior change and report on all learning activities, suggesting improvements in
line with the strategy
* Manage budget in collaboration with the Head of Talent and Learning
* Manage a hybrid team of 4, involving them in all Learning activities, upskilling them on an ongoing basis
* Travel to FBC UK sites as required by the role
