Our location in New Brighton, MN, currently has an opportunity for an Associate Product Manager in our Vascular division. This individual will support downstream marketing initiatives, product launches, and programs from concept through a 360-surround sound execution approach. This will include implementation via the U.S. commercial organization, conferences, and digital media.
What You'll Work On
As the Associate Product Manager, you will work to implement marketing and sales strategy for a few of the organization's more complex and strategically significant products in order to meet established sales and market share targets. You will be a key contributor in the development and execution of best-in-class tactile plans utilizing deep marketing insights to drive innovative marketing campaigns. In this position, you will be regarded as a technical expert related to assigned products with broad knowledge of related fields. You will work closely with the U.S. commercial organization, internal stakeholders and external customers.

The Sr. Product Manager’s role is to be an optional insurance and ancillary product market expert and a product portfolio leader. The Sr. Product Manager will be an authority on the market space and create product strategy, prioritize the underlining initiatives given the customer value creation and create product roadmaps to meet the objectives and to address market problems and opportunities. The Sr. Product Manager – working closely with the Business Units’ leadership and their teams - will define the strategy and user experience of a Product Portfolio under a Product Line. Working closely with functional area stakeholders, the Sr. Product Manager will develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, initiatives, prioritization and solutions, as well as interface with the business stakeholders to keep on evolving Fairstone’s products’ portfolio. The Sr. Product Manager works at the strategic level and provides product guidance to the organization at large.
The Sr. Product Manager, Optional Products, will be responsible for all optional insurance and ancillary products such as creditor insurance and the Home & Auto program for Cards, Direct Lending and Retail Financing. The Sr. Product Manager will be expected to work closely with major Canadian insurers and ancillary product manufacturers: the knowledge of this environment is key and the Sr. Product Manager is expected to take a proactive approach to everything they do.

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

Qualifications:
· 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
· A candidate is keen to work on various tools and technologies for successful implementation of ML models on different platforms.
· Build out the machine learning and data infrastructure to ensure smooth, continuous operation of the major ML models
· Experience with traditional and advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forests, etc.
· Provide thought leadership for all data solution that includes designing, developing and implementing solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
· Have extensively worked on databases (SQL, PostGre, NoSQL, Teradata, etc.), Python (NumPy, Pandas, etc.), bigdata (Hue, Impala, Ozzie, etc.) and Spark
· Hands on experience on designing and developing Data pipelines for Data ingestion or Transformation using Python (Pyspark)/Spark SQL, Impala
· Experience in building and optimizing 'big data' pipelines, architecture and datasets.
· Able to develop and maintain API interfaces with Third party data vendors, experience in Pivotal Cloud foundry (PCF), OpenShift, BlueData, Kafka, Docker tools, AWS, AppDynamics, CI/CD processes etc. would be an added advantage
· Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

Job Description
Product leadership is the primary responsibility of the Regional Product Manager. This position, working closely with Global Marketing and Regional sales, is responsible for executing category plans and providing associated marketing and sales support for the region. Responsibilities include regional product portfolio management, pricing and proposal requests, sales project management, market data management, and regional marketing communications execution. The Regional Product Manager is an important contributor to achieving AFB’s regional sales and profitability plans.

As a member of CIBC’s Commercial Treasury Management team, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing tactical plans of a product or service for management approval, and to assume responsibility for execution of the approved plans.
