Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on copper trading
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies for commodity trading businesses.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate would be someone with strong relevant Sales experience in the Chemicals industry dealing with Performance Products with a background in Specialty chemicals. Someone with P&L experience and has handled a large team with senior reports will be held in high regard.

4. Familiarity with various modules of human resources and the ability to analyze and improve them accordingly.
