Product Line Lead for Finance Value Team – Accounting to Reporting
The Accounting to Reporting Product Line Leader will be responsible for defining, evolving, and executing on the global Account to Report vision and strategy. Partnering with the Global Finance Process Owners, they will set the vision for best-in-class products, anticipate future business capabilities, and ensure that the vision and associated value is realized. The Product Line Lead owns end to end responsibility for all the products in the product line - including strategy, roadmap, business case development, stakeholder communication, total cost of ownership, user satisfaction, product quality and realizing measurable outcomes across the product line. They will oversee the successful delivery of Global Accounting to Reporting solutions in partnership with the SAP Platform, and drive value realization with the Account to Report Process Owners. The Account to Report Product Line Leaders primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Vision & Strategy

Accounting & Controls

Prepare comprehensive Statement of Cash Flows

Responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians and senior specialists supporting a variety of invoice processing and vendor billing functions supporting our Winfield United business. Ensure escalated issues and urgent payments are handled with a sense of urgency.
Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support timely and accurate billing of customers and processing of vendor invoices according to established service level expectations.
Manage completion of month-end activities and related processes, including monthly metrics and vendor statement reconciliations.
Partner with internal customers, vendors, and other departments to identify service level expectations and maintain positive and productive relationships.
Ensure adherence to established internal controls, policies and execution of Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Update process narratives and test controls as required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field required
3-4+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in Accounts Payable/Receivable
Leadership experience (up to 10 direct reports)
Excellent understanding of business and accounting applications and technology, including exposure to large ERP systems or JD Edwards preferred. Advanced Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
Prior experience managing invoices/workload using an Accounts Payable Invoice Automation Tool preferred.

Accounting Above Market Senior Specialist
In this role, the COSI Above Market Senior Specialist is expected to consolidate global sales, costs sales and eliminate intercompany profit to ensure global P&L and inventory accounts are properly stated. This role will work directly with global costing teams to understand drivers impacting inventory, Sales & COGS accounts and will be responsible for the following:
Perform the above market monthly close activities which include the tracking and elimination of intercompany profit in inventory, by product and on a consolidated level.
Oversight of product level reviews to ensure intercompany profit is appropriate and partner with costing team to understand any major drivers/changes.
Perform product level and consolidated PGM analysis to ensure intercompany profit realized is appropriate and in line with expectations.
Perform the appropriate recording of the Intercompany Profit Elimination to ensure inventory is appropriately stated.
Perform the Inter-company profit reconciliation and resolve any significant differences on a timely basis. This will requires partnering with our Global Costings to understand differences and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong internal controls over respective Above Market Processes (i.e., Intercompany Profit Elimination, Standard Revaluation, Months of Supply and Intercompany Reserve processes).
Provide assistance to local markets/ our manufacturing division on questions related to their actual results.
Approve various above market journals to support the month end close.
Perform monthly reconciliation of ICP reserve. Collaborate with global costing to clear differences on a timely basis.
Identify trends noted in ICP reserve and collaborate with cross functional teams (OTC, ATR) in and identifying ways to address differences.
Challenging and driving continuous improvement of existing processes through optimization, standardization and stability;
Support, analysis, and assistance in the AH goals related to consolidated costs, albeit coming from CoE, COSI, our manufacturing division or product / business development integration teams.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, this position will work closely with the COSI Associate Director and Director to identify process improvements and help improve visibility into P&L results when questions come to COSI from local markets and corporate.
