The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Accounts Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. Ensure all quotations are followed up and moved through the various levels of a sales cycle with ultimate goal, being of closure.
Capture and maintain all relevant data needed to sell and renew maintenance.
Plan, design and implement outbound campaigns as necessary to deliver on agreed margin goals
Make outbound sales calls to business partners and prospects as per call plan.
Identify the Company's services opportunities in conjunction with the the Company's Technical Services team.
Ensure all quotations are built using the company quotation tool.
Provide Sales Support Specialist with all relevant information necessary to build and configure the ‘winning’ solution.
Achieve and maintain sales certification for relevant product groups when required
Ensure all partner issues are resolved promptly and seek management guidance where necessary.
Ensure all business partners are alerted of any upcoming renewals
Ensure the CRM is updated and used pro-actively to drive business engagements and forecasting
Accurately forecast business with Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
Work with Sales Support and provide support where necessary to ensure timely logging of orders.

Overview:
Parsons has an exciting job opportunity for a Civil Roadway Engineer II to join the growing transportation infrastructure team at our Ontario, California office.
In this role, you will be engaged in design engineering work and contribute to the successful project delivery for a diverse range of projects in the Greater Los Angeles and Southern California region. The engineer at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices while gaining exposure to company and industry procedures. You will be part of a team which primarily supports Caltrans projects and works on various projects with the regional transportation planning agencies, counties, cities, and transit agencies.
The position is office based but offers a hybrid work model (2 to 3 days working from home).
Responsibilities: This position can be hired at a more Senior experienced level as well.
· Utilizing a foundation of gained experience , will perform various roadway engineering and design assignments requiring the application of engineering techniques, procedures and design criteria for projects ranging in size and complexity.
· Utilize drafting and 3D modeling software, tools, and programs, to develop conceptual and detailed designs. Proficient design work with Microstation and/ or Autocad Civil 3D
Perform basic geometric alignments and design for various road and highway projects, inclusive of ramp ways and interchanges.
· Perform design calculations including material quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates.
· Assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects.
· Assist in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts.
· Assist in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.
· Provide input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.

Review and approve discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each project

Summary
Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. Essential Functions
Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations;
Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications

Management
Review and approve discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each project
If assigned to a major program, manage all specific engineering and design efforts for program’s structural discipline
Coordinate structural discipline staffing requirements for the program
Monitor the quality and progress of the discipline on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
Work closely with Project Managers and Task Leads to resolve any existing or potential issues (including staffing, quality, schedule , or productivity)
Establish standards/procedures manuals and recommend improvements to procedures
Ensure performance within overhead budgets authorized for the discipline / Actively participate in and promotes the Quality Improvement Program / May head a committee within the discipline, striving to motivate and educate the assigned personnel
Personnel
Maintain appropriate staffing level, including temporary personnel, as necessary (+ review and approve staff forecasting reports)
Help recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees.

Prepare technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management / Act as Project Manager's deputy for certain activities, such as attending meetings in his/her absence, etc.
Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to project disciplines / Reviews and coordinates change orders and supplementals
