Job Description
Our Clinical and Pharmacovigilance teams manage studies to provide the safety and efficacy data required for regulatory approval of potential new drugs, vaccines and new indications for existing products. We ensure we conduct high quality clinical trials by integrating state-of-the-art technology and applying rigorous scientific and ethical standards.
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the end-to-end delivery of technical data management components for one or more drug/vaccine programs. Provides technical consultation on the data management strategy, collaborates with appropriate functional areas to secure and align resources, and ensures all aspects of the technical project plan for in-scope studies are executed on time and with quality. Supports less experienced Technical PMs in the development of project plans which span from design and specification development through production deployment and subsequent change management support.
Minimum education required:
B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.
Required experience and skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with formal project management tools and processes.
In-depth knowledge of the clinical development process, preferably through submission.
Thorough knowledge of clinical data management; demonstrated knowledge of technical processes inclusive of electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) development, clinical database development, data validation tool development, user acceptance testing, data integration from different sources, data flow/migration, and application of CDASH and SDTM standards is preferred.
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-focus and interacts effectively with different functional groups.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Working under general supervision, is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the clinical data both in the clinical
database. This position is responsible for entering, reviewing, verifying, modifying and

This also includes issuing queries to the clinical site for missing images. Reviewing query responses from the site and verification that the image was uploaded in the 3rd party image platform. In addition, also involves reconciliation of the CRF data, Third Party Image platform with the corelab that will perform the actual analysis. Director Clinical Service, Acute Care: Provides executive leadership and direct supervision to the Nurse Managers over the following units: General Medicine, General Surgery, Spinal Cord Injury, Oncology, Telemetry, Intensive Care Unit, and Performance Improvement. Assesses, plans, and evaluates the processes and daily operations of the medical units. Designs and implements interdisciplinary programs within the service and medical center. Responsible for assessing and recommending the allocation of human and materiel resources, in determining staffing levels using staffing methodology, managing overtime, and plays a significant role in the recruitment and retention of nursing staff. Ensures competency assessment is completed on each nursing employee annually. Reviews EPRP, VASQIP, IPEC, Performance Measures, and other data for trends and early intervention; formulates follow-up plans with Associate Director, Patient Care and Nursing Service, Nurse Managers, the service, and the medical center.
The Nurse IV is responsible for administrative functions of their assigned nursing units/programs. Functions as an administrator, educator, and consultant utilizing management theory in collaboration with Patient Care Service and other services. Must establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of medical center personnel and relate effectively with customers, families, and the community as well as program and service leaders at the local and network levels. Key relationships with staff are needed to (1) Assist nurse managers and advanced practitioners to carry out the functions and activities expected of them, (2) Contribute ideas and recommendations for the establishment of standards of care, policies, and objectives for the enhancement of nursing organization-wide, (3) Assist in policy-making activities as related to customer service and the overall functioning of administrative and clinical programs, and (4) Collaborate with other health care staff to establish and maintain programs that cross service and/or discipline lines and influence organizational mission and health care.
The Registered Nurse provides care and counseling of persons or in the promotion and maintenance of health and prevention of illness and injury based upon the nursing process which includes systematic data gathering, assessment, appropriate nursing judgment, and evaluation of human responses to actual or potential health problems through such services as case finding, health teaching, health counseling; provision of care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being; and executing medical regimens including administering medications and treatments prescribed by a licensed or otherwise legally authorized provider. The nurse's primary commitment is to the patient, whether an individual, family, group, or community. The registered nurse, as a licensed professional, will be responsible and accountable for his/her practice.
