As an APP in our Internal Medicine practice, you’ll work collaboratively with 11 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with in house care coordinators, in house pharmacy, and excellent support staff. 

• You would practice at our Downtown Internal Medicine clinic in Billings, MT. 

• You typically work four 10 hour shifts during the week, no weekends. 

• You will work in a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.

• You'll be apart of an established practice that is continuing to grow.

• Your call schedule is 1:9 and it's telephone only call. 

• You'll see complex cases and really have the opportunity to sink your teeth into your craft as an Internal Medicine provider.

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG Bank.

Communicate information relating to food service requirements to staff, patients and other members of the public both verbally and by telephone. Notifying the supervisor on any discrepancies from receipt and distribution of catering supplies. Deliver food to wards as and when required. Undertake surveys or audits as necessary to own work, e.g. crockery / cutlery etc. Operate cash till / cashless system when required, which would include peak periods of the day. Following guidelines regarding cashing up and ensuring money is secure. In the absence of the manager, effectively organising own day-to-day work tasks or activities. Responsible for dismantling and reassembling kitchen equipment used by chefs. Manually and / or mechanically washing up catering utensils, crockery and cutlery. Environmental cleaning of floors, work surfaces, fixed equipment, etc., following departmental procedures. Serving food, maintaining good portion control and presentation skills. Maintaining good levels of concentration during the plating of patients food for extended periods (e.g. 90 minutes). Food preparation to include salads, sandwiches, breakfasts, deep fried goods, vegetable steaming and any other one or two step cooking processes. General preparation of food stuffs as directed. Lifting and storing of heavy equipment and food deliveries as required Ensure equipment is cleaned properly and fit for use by the start of the next shift. Maintaining daily records including temperature checking, cleaning and wastage sheets. Training and supporting colleagues when necessary and as appropriate to post holders level of responsibility. Reporting any maintenance issues, including ensuring correct operation of fridges/freezers and pest control measures. Providing cover (e.g. for annual leave and on an ad-hoc basis) for other roles and tasks within the catering department, as appropriate and in line with service needs. Receiving / checking / ordering / storage of goods. Deliveries to wards / departments as per schedule plus Restaurant / TEC etc. Communicating with ward staff & HCAs. Stock taking and stock control. Moving and handling activities, including transporting and storing of food and equipment etc. of variable weights and shapes several time a day. Following the Trust Safe System of Work (equipment and training will be provided). Maintaining of records. Delivery of milk and bread / provisions to departments & wards. Picking of goods for the following days food production.

Description:

• Assist in the gathering and analysis of data and information required for each audit assignment planning.
• Assist in gathering evidence for the audit fieldwork to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and related risk management, internal controls and governance process, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company’s policies and procedures.
• Assist in the design and application of data analytics techniques (using Excel, ACL, Tableau) in audit assignments.
• Document accurate audit work performed and audit result in a clear and organised manner, supported by audit evidence for review by Team leader.
• Assist in developing and drafting comprehensive audit observations (including root causes and risks) on weaknesses in control environment, and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist Team Leader in finalizing the audit findings, recommendations and reports, and collate management responses and action plans to mitigate risk.
• Assist in tracking audit issues identified by Internal Audit and external auditors, and monitor implementation progress of management action plans. Assist in conducting validation review on management remediation actions to address control deficiencies.
• Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan and in the preparation of deliverables such as audit reports and presentation materials to Management and Audit Committee.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting/business studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
