Role Summary:
The Product Manager will oversee and direct Product Management activities for part of the Fluid Power Actuation product portfolio. She/he will take ownership of the respective products and will drive specific product strategy and tactical actions.
The Product Manager will be customer-facing and will ensure alignment between global product strategy and market needs, will be linked to financial targets and will drive product commercialization by enhancing value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Implement global product strategies and develop product roadmaps in alignment with the Global Product Leader
Provide strategic direction and take ownership of cross-functional initiatives
Create strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Engineering
Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and Customer product meetings
Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; support return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
Collaborate with R&D project manager and engineering leaders, ensuring deliverables completion and removing barriers
Support product commercialization of Fluid Power Actuation products globally
Drive product globalization activities, including supply chain and manufacturing localization to support the global business
Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
Forecast, refine, and track product financials for the region and take actions to align them to the product budget
Serve as a key information source for marketing, product development, and other decision-makers in the organization
Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
Assess product market data: Call on customers with field sales and evaluate sales call results, assess competitive landscape, and use strategic market knowledge tools.
Support product pricing, review production volume, and sales costs
Requirements:

General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Supervise, develop and manage other safety professionals under their area of responsibility to ensure the effective administration of the Company’s incident prevention efforts.
Administer, direct and manage compliance with the company safety program and Regional incident prevention efforts to ensure company safety goals are met.
Provide a strategic vision for creating safe work areas for affected employees and the general public to promote safety and welfare.
Develop, organize and implement safety related programs that meet or exceed company safety standards to ensure general safety of all work.
Initiate, perform, and document jobsite inspections and audits with special emphasis on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors and correction of potential third party, asset loss and workers compensation losses to facilitate the implementation of corrections/behaviors.
Initiate, coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training programs to ensure the effective communication of company policy and safety standards.
Coordinate and participate in regulatory agency inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Coordinate and control the development and review of job hazard analysis for each major phase of our work to ensure its safe completion.
Investigate, prepare and maintain a record of all third party, asset loss and workers compensation claim to make certain that the interests of the company are preserved.
Follow up with the corporate insurance department as regards to high value insurance claims, to ensure that documentary information has been collected, secured, and preserved so that claims will be resolved in a timely manner as required at the local office.

Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Occupational Health or related field required
Work Experience
Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Mine and Safety Professional (CMSP) certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction related safety environment, required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of Fall Protection and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Device (MUTCD) standards
Extensive knowledge of Construction Safety Orders

What does the Merchandise Manager do?
Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. The Merchandise Manager is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, operational controls, inventory integrity, asset protection, cleanliness, safety and driving sales.

Scope of Work
The Clinical Utilization Management (UM) Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the clinical functions of the Utilization Management Department, which includes but is not limited to authorization, utilization review, clinical denials, and denial prevention strategies. The Clinical UM Manager will provide regional oversight of Clinical Utilization Management supervisory staff and Clinical Utilization Management teams, comprised of UM Coordinators and Analysts. This position requires clinical experience and experience managing staff, including performance monitoring, education and process improvement. Central to the Clinical UM Manager's role is to develop department goals, policies, and procedures in collaboration with leadership teams to support Utilization services in the provision of excellent clinical services.
The Clinical UM Manager will work remotely and report directly to the Regional Senior Director of Utilization Management.
