You will comply with MOH’s requirements for monthly Casemix and Subvention data submission, quarterly submission of Financial Performance Report and any other reports by ensuring proper accounting, accrual and reconciliation of all subvention revenue including tracking and follow up on cash disbursements. You will assist in data analysis and leverage on data from MOH and the cluster data warehouse to extract relevant data for analysis and allocation and to develop data visualisation dashboards for management reporting and performance management as well as develop relevant reports for the purpose of gaining new insights and decision making.
In addition, you will assist to collate information in the National Costing Exercise for the purpose of reporting and analysis. You will work closely with vendors and IT colleagues to ensure accurate datasets, configure costing rules, derive the required costing output of the various services by patient level and ensure costing results are complete and timely. You will also assist to extract and utilise the information in Subvention System to work out the subvention norms to be applied to the computation of the subvention allocation amounts to the various institutions.

You will handle the Accounts Receivable of SingHealth HQ, including creating sales invoices, credit and debit notes and handling subvention receipts. You will also be required to maintain the accounts of MOH funded projects by maintaining the schedules and preparing invoices for submission. You will also be required to support the Treasury function, such as by broadcasting bank statements to SingHealth HQ accounts and tracking fund movements. You will work closely with departments within SingHealth HQ and SingHealth institutions in order to provide the relevant finance support accordingly.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations, you will also assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by other senior members of the department.
Job requirements
· Diploma in Accountancy with at least 6 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
