Primary Responsibilities:
Assemble all types of nautilus connectors and sub-assemblies.

What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Manufacturing Systems Test Engineer, your main responsibility will be to test and commission linear accelerators, in addition to:
Creating and maintaining machine data as per released procedures and work instructions.
Fault finding and fixing machine issues.
To ensure adequate control and disposition of non-conforming material and provide the necessary documentation
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, taking responsibility for tools, equipment, shelter and any product being tested
Participating and contributing to the DQT process
Carrying out necessary duties for the benefit, maintenance and progression of the test department such as monthly interlock checks, housekeeping audits, Lean activities, assisting with equipment calibration, training of new engineers and representing the department in meetings
Assisting other functions within the business such as production, pre-test, spares, service or training as directed by the Manufacturing Manger — Systems Test. This could include the need to assist with testing products, fault finding, assisting other departments or personnel and possibly a need to work off site including outside of the UK.
The right stuff
As a Manufacturing Systems Test Engineer, you’d need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills to be able to carry out the following tasks:
Confirmation that the product being tested meets the Production Test Schedule (PTS), fixing issues where the equipment does not meet the PTS requirements.
Entering of test results and sign off in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), confirming the product meets all requirements prior to shipment.
Raise and manage NCR's and Concessions as required.
Contribute towards the maintenance and improvement of the PTS.
If trained, formally accept machines after completion of their testing.
If qualified (Radiation Protection Supervisor) — to certify as safe, assemblies and products that have been exposed to X-Rays.
What you bring
To be successful at this role, you will have:
OND/HNC/Degree in Electronics/Physics based subject or an equivalent.
Ability to understand and operate complex systems equipment.
Ability to fault find complex systems equipment at both component and machine level.
Experience in any of the following fields would be beneficial — Linear Accelerators, Control systems, High Voltage equipment, Mechanical equipment, Software applications for complex electro/mechanical equipment or Vacuum systems.

Position Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing Associate will actively contribute to the manufacturing projects at the Bionova Scientific West Warren site. As part of the Aseptic Operations Manufacturing group, you will have opportunities to work on and take ownership of a wide-ranging set of projects for troubleshooting and investigations, system and workflow implementation, facility buildout, and tech transfers of processes into a GMP multi-product manufacturing facility. The role will provide hands-on execution of complex experiments in a team setting. The role will support GMP readiness and manufacturing activities. The scope of responsibilities may include but are not limited to Document writing (SOPs, Equipment URSs, etc.), equipment validation execution support and single-use assembly design.

Compensation Range: The base compensation range for this role is between $32-40 an hour. However, the actual compensation may vary depending on your experience and qualifications.

Installing molding tool plates and fixing the DSMFLEX injection molding process and molded parts
Performing various electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or optical duties
Constructing, solving problems, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing, and maintaining, equipment, components, devices, or systems
Working from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions
Operating related equipment; conducting tests and reporting data in the prescribed format
Performing calibration and alignment checks; making adjustments, modifications, and replacements as advised
Working in partnership with Engineers and Electro Mechanics and being multi-functional
Preparing prescribed compounds and solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
