The Regional Senior Operations Manager (RSOM) supports a Regional Vice President by providing leadership and strategies for cafe operations in an assigned Region by analyzing key operational insights and trends and developing strategies to optimize and grow retail operations and increase their region’s ability to improve the guest experience.
The RSOM assesses, analyzes and diagnoses the operational environment through insights derived from scorecards, Brand Standards Reviews, Missions and other data.
