Tasks & Responsibilities :
• Develop & adjust achievable supply plan; Place stock in designated areas for on going orders
• Coordinate Sales and agents forecast for flexitanks/accessories supply
• Create Purchase and repos quotations are up-to-date accuracy costing
• Coordinating and Processing Purchase orders shipment and ensure the documentations meet destination customs/customs broker requirement for clearance.
• Receiving Deliveries & update the arrival date onto the stock list
• Create the flexitank serial numbers onto the stock list upon stock arrive at the warehouses .
• Close the purchase and repos jobs status and generated job invoicing to Finance Team .
• Daily check on dashboard live are up-to-date for purchase and repos jobs.
• MSDS compatibility coordinating with the manufacturers and Hamburg Chemist (product codes)
• Every month end closing, run the flexitank report to ensure flexitank types and bulkheads types match with the type of equipment costs.
• Monthly stock-count/take from each region (quarterly base by region) respective depots/warehouses stock report to Finance Team
• Monthly reconciliation the global stock from the respective depots/warehouses via financial closing stock reports
• Monthly flexitanks/accessories write off reporting to functional superior to authorise and pass on to Finance Team
• Arranging and coordinating damaged flexitanks with agents/ warehouses and the manufacturers
• Analysis flexitanks/bulkheads cost structure and create flexis / accessories VCM onto the monitor
• Reviewing yearly physical repos costs comply part of VCM
• Monitoring re-used/recovery bulkheads, refurbishment bulkheads repos costs and shipment arrangement.
Responsible for the efficient and timely shipment of products from the company's warehouse to customers.
• To follow up with logistics and cargo delivery to the final destination without any customs or legal regulation issues
• Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of Five (5) years' experience in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Extensive experience in supply chain data analysis.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision on majority of tasks
