Fawkes And Reece are proud to be working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Commercial Manager working on a large £30m - £40m healthcare project. You will be responsible for initiating and leading tasks and processes, taking responsibility and being accountable for the work and roles of others, whilst exercising broad autonomy and judgement within broad parameters in your area of responsibility.
You will be based on-site in Boston, Lincolnshire responsible for all commercial aspects of a large contract turning over in excess of £10m per annum. You will need a strong understanding of the impact of commercial and technical changes at strategic levels within the sector.

Business Leadership, Tendering And Pre-Contract Activities, Start Up of New Projects, Procurement, Applications for Payment and Invoicing, Cost Control, Accounting And Reporting, Risk and Opportunity Management, Change Control, Programming and Project Controls, main Contract Administration, Subcontract Administration and Project Completion.

Your new role
The main responsibility for this role is to carry out security practices within the prison whilst sub-contractor works are carried out. You will be responsible for:
Due to the challenging environment of the workplace, the ideal candidate will need to be level headed, security conscious, be able to follow processes and procedures and understand why they are in place, be honest and have the confidence to report any suspicious activity that they see in the prison and be able to use their own initiative.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to pass a full prison security clearance (Hays and the MOJ are responsible for organising all security clearances)
You must hold a valid passport or Full Birth Certificate & Photo UK Driving Licence in your current address.
You must have proof of National Insurance AND proof of address dated in the past 3 months.
All applicants must be able to provide details of at least 3 years satisfactory references.
