You will join the Application Support team, supporting a range of business focused applications. The role is multifaceted covering database administration, fault diagnosis and business analysis. Responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, and technical support of several software products and applications used by PSPS and its clients.



This role will help support in the delivery of high performing digital services designed to improve and enhance the end user experience of the Company, its Client Councils and the 300,000 residents of the districts.



Software applications are varied to support the array of businesses in the Councils and include some provided by well-known local government software suppliers. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious finance professional with relevant skills and experience to lead our client function which supports the end-to-end budget management process for our three Local Authority Clients.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this is a chance to help redevelop and shape the financial support provided to our client councils as we respond to the exciting challenges that are presented by recent formation of the South East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

You should be a CCAB qualified accountant and have experience of local government finance. You will possess the ability to lead and motivate a team as well as manage workloads within tight timescales.

This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape and improve the delivery of front-line services to the company, Partnership, along with residents and be part of its future. This role does require travel across multi sites to our clients based in Lincolnshire.



As the Deputy Head of Customer Contact, you will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery and management of the service, providing a tactical approach to service delivery and performance expectations for the Company and its Clients. A senior manager, who will deputise for the Head of Customer Contact, working with stakeholders and partners to deliver services in a pressurised environment. Working closely with the Customer Contact Management team, you will help shape the service to ensure it is positioned to support delivery of innovation and transformation, as well as a continued programme of improvements to residents and service development.



This is a regional role. Whilst the role will be based at either Horncastle, Boston or Spalding, there will be expectations for regular travel across all sites.



The successful candidate will be able to:

Demonstrate significant experience of managing a large Customer focused and facing team (over 50) in a senior manager role.
Experience in managing the delivery of front-line services for customers and stakeholders against agreed Service Levels.

PSPS is looking for a Deputy Head of Customer Contact, to join our growing and ambitious service.



This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape and improve the delivery of front-line services to the company, Partnership, along with residents and be part of its future. This role does require travel across multi sites to our clients based in Lincolnshire.



As the Deputy Head of Customer Contact, you will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery and management of the service, providing a tactical approach to service delivery and performance expectations for the Company and its Clients. A senior manager, who will deputise for the Head of Customer Contact, working with stakeholders and partners to deliver services in a pressurised environment. Working closely with the Customer Contact Management team, you will help shape the service to ensure it is positioned to support delivery of innovation and transformation, as well as a continued programme of improvements to residents and service development.



This is a regional role. Whilst the role will be based at either Horncastle, Boston or Spalding, there will be expectations for regular travel across all sites.



The successful candidate will be able to:

Demonstrate significant experience of managing a large Customer focused and facing team (over 50) in a senior manager role.
Experience in managing the delivery of front-line services for customers and stakeholders against agreed Service Levels.
Experience of high-level logistics and delivery
You will have strong influencing skills.
Provide positive leadership and balance multiple and changing priorities.
Promote team working and collaboration.
Develop innovative solutions to deliver efficiencies.
Drive and improve service performance, quality and satisfaction.
