Summary
The Manager Logistics is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.
Essential Functions
Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

As a Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing intensive care management for adult patients with complex medical needs. You will serve as a strong and knowledgeable liaison between the interdisciplinary team of social workers, Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Cardiologists, Intensivists – all in support of patients and their families. Direct all aspects of inpatient care, develop individualized care plans, ensuring optimal length of stay. Help prevent hospital readmission, anticipate outpatient service needs, setting appointments and consultations prior to discharge.

This is a day shift, Monday - Friday position with rotating weekend/holiday coverage.
Preferred Criteria
2 years of case management/care coordination experience in an inpatient, HMO, insurance, or other outpatient setting
1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Master's Degree in healthcare related field
Fluency in Spanish

Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

We are currently looking for a best in-class Strategic Account Manager to accelerate the growth of major key account sales within the Electrical Power Distribution Data Center segment. Reporting to the Director of Sales, primary duties include revenue goal achievement, implementing a sales plan to drive profitable growth, and executing to the plan. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
Major Responsibilities:

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

5+ years’ experience in Electrical Distribution product sales (Data Center market segment prefer) to a diverse group of Direct Customers, Electrical Contractors and/or Wholesale Distributors using both direct sales teams and manufacturing reps.
Experience selling Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards.
Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management
Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
Proven track record of profitable growth.
Basic knowledge to work with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, forecasting and reporting software.
Experience working with 80/20, Policy Deployment methodologies, and CRM is preferred.
Valid Driving License required.
