Reporting into the Technical Support Manager, this is a technical based role where you will be required to build a comprehensive knowledge of TOMRA Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) functionality, including hardware and software, with particular focus on the RVM beverage container recognition process. This knowledge will then be applied to investigate anomalies reported by the machines, to understand the basis for these anomalies, and recommend measures and risk mitigations to minimise future incidents.

This position will have a responsibility across Compliance and Loss Prevention functions and will be responsible for driving TOMRA’s loss prevention strategy to ensure reputational, legal and regulatory requirements are always upheld, by minimising fraud committed on the range of services and products that we provide internal and external stakeholder management is also paramount, to effectively provide timely and accurate investigations into incidents. Internal Audits at TOMRA-operated sites are also required to be performed in our various jurisdictions throughout Australia.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading, mentoring and managing the Quality Control Officers and the Database Expert.

The role will involve delivery of training to internal and external stakeholders to ensure all are aware of various policies when visiting TOMRA sites.

Travel to various sites across NSW, QLD and WA will be required for this role.

Some other tasks you may perform include:

• Build an understanding of TOMRA Collection Australia’s product portfolio and processes
• Build a comprehensive understanding of the RVM hardware and software, especially the RVM recognition process
• Detect, record and investigate any fraud attempts against TOMRA or our customers
• Maintain TOMRA’s audit program, ensuring processes and practices are designed to minimise fraud and other business risks
• Preparation and drafting of investigation plans, correspondence, reports and memorandums
• Provide written correspondence on investigation findings and identified risks
• Responsible for coordinating responses in relation to fraud reporting commitments with external bodies, including government agencies

• Manages human resource functions such as interviewing, selection, orientation, education/training, feedback, performance evaluation, and policy and procedure development. Maintains personnel files, including documentation of appropriate staff orientation, competency, training, discipline, and performance reviews. Oversees department timekeeping and payroll.
• Collaborates with HR concerning employee issues and performance. Conducts employee coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and annual appraisals. Monitors staff adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Participates in the preparation of operational and capital budgets. Participates in fiscal accountability of services, operational and capital planning, annual operating plans, business plans for new services and human resource structure.
• Prepares and presents business plans, reports, and other statistical data related to the department.
• Monitors supply inventories and capital equipment purchases.
• Partners with the department director and leadership team to identify and drive quality and performance improvement initiatives. Participates in establishing mechanisms to design, measure, maintain, and improve the performance and quality of department services.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Participates with management team and staff in development of action plans in line with the organization's strategic initiatives and goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Social Work, or a related field from accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• BSN, MSW or LCSW is Required- Current Valid State RN License is Required
• Five (5) years of case management experience in a hospital setting required-

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years of supervisor or management level experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ongoing need for employees to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
• Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
• Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
• May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period.

GENERAL FUNCTION: Provide pro-active and effective management of trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank, covering of trusts, estates, and guardianships. 

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 50-100 mostly residential properties.
• Coordinate all aspects of property management within highly dynamic administration, service and new business environments
• Assume leadership role in the oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
• Provide articulate, reasoned and concise communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers.
• Provide oversight services for renovations, modifications and repair projects for assigned properties, from design through completion.
• Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court, if necessary.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Real estate salesperson license or completing course work for license.
• Minimum of five years work-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-starter with excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong customer relationship skills.
