Project Manager, Instructional Systems DesignKBR is seeking a Project Manager for Instructional Systems Design (ISD) work supporting a government client in Orlando, FL. You will lead a team supporting analysis, curriculum design, and courseware development for trainers and simulators for surface vessels such as Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) and Frigates, equipment which interfaces with surface vessels, multi-platform systems, and potentially other Department of Defense (DoD) platforms or weapon systems. Role and Responsibilities:
Visits to the government client facilities in Orlando, FL may be required multiple times per month.
Travel to various client sites is expected approximately 8 times per year.
Most duties may be performed remotely, but occasional in-person meetings with government clients and the team will be encouraged to strengthen relationships.
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead a team of Instructional Systems Designers directly reporting to you.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as instructional design, educational technology, or business
At least 10 years of Instructional Systems Design experience
Proficiency with military standards and processes related to training systems and curriculum development such as MIL-PRF-29612 and NAVEDTRA guidance
Eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Comfort managing a diverse team that includes local and remote personnel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work and communicate well in a virtual/ remote environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced degree such as MBA, Master of Instructional Design, or Master of Education

The Psychological Mental Health Technician shall assist with the management and treatment of outpatient behavioral health activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Primarily responsible, under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist, social worker, psychiatric nurse or psychologist, for providing a wide range of behavioral health interventions from prevention to treatment to individuals and who assigns work by defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines, and provides guidance on assignments that do not have clear precedents.
* Under the supervision of a credentialed provider, conduct intakes, assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients, and counsel clients/patients with personal, behavioral or psychological problems.
* Accomplish work on a substantially independent basis, performing a full range of standard and nonstandard work assignments and resolving a variety of non-recurring problems encountered on own initiative. Extensive guidelines are available; however, the contractor must use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guideline for application to the work situation at hand. * Observe patients to detect behavior patterns and reports observations to licensed behavioral health staff.

* Prepare and maintain attendance rosters and statistical data for all active duty personnel who attended Social Work/Behavioral Health services.

* Be responsible for the development and implementation of appointment templates for clinical providers.
* Place physical maintenance work orders and maintain hand receipts for physical property and inventory. Ensure proper supply stock levels and reorder as necessary including specialized behavioral health forms and tests.
* Duties also involve assisting or independently gathering data for various presentations such as process improvements initiatives, longitudinal statistical tracking, hospitalizations, and discharges. Manipulates data and presents it using off the shelf software applications. Provide information via telephone and in person to the members of the Command, the professional staff, civilian and military personnel in response to inquiries regarding appointments.
* Interface frequently with the Command’s family support organizations.
* Maintain competency folders in accordance with program policy.
* Coordinate attendance and agenda at Case Review Committee with military and civilian agencies.
* Coordinate and reserve meeting location, verifies attendance and prepares current and tentative following weeks agenda.

This work is with a high op tempo team working on Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) certification efforts to ensure interoperability between DoD, NATO, and partner nation weapons systems.
Position Description:
Performs various engineering tasks related to the IFF certification efforts required to establish and maintain interoperability of air, land, and sea weapon systems. Travels to government and commercial sites to witness bench, platform, and operational testing of weapon systems and collects data points used to evaluate performance against DoD technical standards and test requirements. Title:
GEOINT (RADAR) Processing Systems EngineerKBR is looking for personnel with experience providing GEOINT mission knowledge and expertise to support all lifecycle aspects and phases of the system engineering and acquisition of large (>$50
million in value) system acquisitions. This also includes applying the mission knowledge and expertise to support pre-acquisition activities such as analysis of alternatives, market research, and applied research.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Provides subject matter expertise and technical support to facilitate the development of GEOINT capabilities cooperatively with development contractors and mission partners.
Perform engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle
Interface directly with development Prime Contractors in the role of oversight, monitoring of software development and integration activities and ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives
Manage projects and conduct assessment including, technical baseline, schedules, dependencies, risks and cost impacts
Advise architectural decisions to include investment strategies, acquisition portfolio priorities, risk assessment of project execution
Conduct Strategic planning for both mission architecture needs (technical trade studies, definition of future architecture planning, software service recommendations etc.) and programmatic (Program Budget Guidance, cost estimation, generation of acquisition schedules)
Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS)

6+ years’ experience with IC, DoD, and/or commercial space architectures, systems and/or operations

Electrical / RF Engineer (HYBRID)KBR is currently seeking an RF / Electrical Engineer to support our team full-time at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This is position offers a hybrid working environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Performs EMC Certification inspections and associated corrective actions; track and schedule platforms required to perform EMC Certification; and generate all supporting EMC Certification documentation, including Test Plans, Status Reports, Equipment List updates, Naval Messages, and Electromagnetic Control Measure (EMCM) updates.
Provides support conducting Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) problem discovery, recognition, investigation, characterization, quantification, and engineering of mitigation measures.
Frequent travel to government sites and/or aboard US Navy ships for test or certification events. This role requires frequent travel 50% of the time or greater. Potential to be on travel at a government site (CONUS and OCONUS) and/or underway on US Navy ships for 7-14 days for RF Engineering Test events.
This is a hybrid position: Remote when not testing but on-site 3-4 weeks daily when ramping up for testing.
Basic Qualifications:
