The ideal candidate should have extensive project management experience as well as solid operational knowledge in the market research industry and have excellent client, field/vendor relations skills including supervision, negotiating and follow-up.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Project Handling and Management – Ensure successful execution of tasks and project under your purview
• Working in Project Team – Work closely with field surveyors, suppliers and colleagues in other departments to support projects and ensure the smooth completion of project within timeline and client expectations

Detailed responsibilities:

Project Execution

• Support project managers in deployment of fieldwork and assist in day-to-day project management
• Follow-up on progress with target respondents
• On-ground checks of data to ensure quality data gathering

Database Management

• Sourcing of new target respondents via secondary online research
• Capture and update of data in the database

Support to Consulting Team

• Support in basic field update reports as directed by Research Directors and Consultants

Administrative aspect of the job

• Attend to in-coming calls from target respondents
  • Make follow up calls with target respondents
  • Administrative work for project handled (Prepare document e.g. authorization & invitation letter, questionnaires, email blasting etc.)

• Candidates with experience in field project management or events management are preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply
• A reasonable level of fitness, as this role requires on ground supervision at events, street intercept and door to door surveys
• Works well in teams and has good people skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications

Interns will get a glimpse into the workings of a market research consultancy and learn the ropes of the corporate world. Asia Insight also uses the internship platform to source for and assess potential research consultants to join the company upon graduation.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Assist research consultants in all aspects of research projects, such as project setup, co-ordination and management, data collection, and data analysis
• Opportunities for direct exposure with focus groups and other meetings where clients are present.
