Job Description.:

• You need to understand the management of company operations and processes. You will need data analytics to monitor performance, identify insights, and enable data-driven in the company. You will be required to participate in the management of project processes and project timelines.

• Perform detailed scoping of the project by working closely with all functional leads – including the alignment of the workstream’s outcome, responsibilities, task lists and timelines.

• Delegating on behalf of the manager.

• Weighting in on decision-making processes by presenting reasonable, fact-based points of view.

• Carrying out specific projects or tasks as instructed by the manager.

• To handle any related administrative tasks.

Requirements

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

· High level of interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential situations and documents.

· Proven ability to manage flexible schedules.

· Minimum 3-years management executive work experience in Singapore.

· Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administrative Support are preferred.

Job Description:

• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
• Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
• Working with other professionals to improve and upgrade existing designs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field ( with other specialisation but with keen interest and aptitude in designing are welcomed to apply).
• Using digital design software to create prototypes, drawings, and other representations to show the clients what the end product will look like.
• Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
