As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. Team Management and Development

• Develop Managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and those of their team, partner with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual action plans
• Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans
• Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility
• Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives
• Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved

• Manage and coach Managers into managing and developing their own teams

Client and Business Development

• Lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders
• Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, Country office team…) and fostering synergies between categories
• Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools
• Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives
• Be the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations

Role Model on Selling and Floor Management

• Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends
• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support as well as ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved
• Provide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the team on the spot and coach your Managers into coaching their own teams

Operations

• Ensure policies, standards and Louis Vuitton procedures are communicated and implemented
• Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management

Responsibilities

• General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (include passing Journal Voucher)
• Preparation of Treasury package reporting and cash flow management
• Monthly preparation of Management report / Inventory report / Notes to the Accounts
• Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement / Balance Sheet
• Oversee Account Receivable / Account Payable scope of work
• Ad-hoc Management reports, government reports etc.
• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules
• Furnish information and liaise with Tax Agent for corporate tax preparation

Requirements & Competencies

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in full set and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Digital and various teams to accelerate the Group’s eCommerce business, with a strategic and sustainable business model that will primarily selling digitally via brand.com.
• To succeed, strong collaboration is needed across all the functions in the zone and country, such as Communications, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
• This highly collaborative position also liaises with the Central Digital Team on Technical, Marketing, Data and Analytics, as well as Creative, and User Experience Teams to execute both near term tactical initiatives as well as longer term strategic projects.
• Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, Paid Search (SEM) and Organic traffic (SEO), conversion, AOV, Consumer Journey, inventory, etc.

• To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the Women's Leathergoods business.
• To act as a coordinator between the LVM Paris Department, Country Management and Store Managers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive and communicate global design guidelines and standards to ensure each Louis Vuitton store deliver the brand’s aesthetic and quality vision
• Identify and explore opportunities for delivering bespoke store concepts that meet country needs and manage costs, schedule, design and quality control of projects together with global store planning team, local teams and business partners (i.e., local architects, contractors & direct vendors)
• Continuously optimize the design concepts and ensure that they are executed to the standards set by budget targets
• Leading, managing and overseeing assigned architects, consultants, fit out and millwork contractors with store planning manager
• Liaise closely with local landlords to ensure proper guidelines and all relevant start up information are in place for all projects
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings with consultants, contractors, and landlords to ensure compliance with Vuitton’s standards, identify & resolve outstanding issues and ensure appropriate follow up
• Co-ordinate with suppliers of millwork and furniture to prepare designs, manage achieving authorizations for proceeding in the realization of the projects, manage possible transfer of goods, commodities, resources from a temporary store to the definitive one and handle extraordinary repairs of existing stores

Qualifications & Competencies

• 8-10 years of architectural including high quality facades and interiors and store planning project management experience
• Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design or Project Management in Design & Construction
• Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong knowledge of standard quality means and methods, and materials in construction and millwork required for a luxury environment
