1. Report daily works to Project Manager and Office
2. Overlook & Co-ordinate daily site works
3. Ensure all Project documents and drawings are updated
4. Do site measurement and site wallk when nescessary
5. Manage and reponsible for the safety and works of the workers on site

Working Hours

2. 8.00 am to 6.00pm

Jobs Responsibilities:

. Sales duties (generating inquiries,BMS design including Controls,unit distribution,quote,negotiations and follow up to hit the Target.

. Promote and propose controls solutions to Building owner,Consultant, and Contractor.

. Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention.

. Identify potential opportunities ^ develop solutions with existing and new customers

. Work closely with team and other department

Job Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/O-Level/NITEC.

. Entrt-level/ no working experience are welcome to apply,and training will be provided.

. sales orientated and customer driven mindset.

. Must be computer literate.

. Positive attitude,self-motivated & able to perform multi-task.

. Good presentation,interpersonal and communication skills.

. Singaporean only ( no quota available ).

1. Arranging, Co-ordinating and Superving site works

2. Able to commincate and write English

3. Responsible to liaise with Main Contractor to arrange schedule of works on site

4. Able to communicate with all Foreign Workers

5. Experience in Construction works for not less than 5 years
