Key Responsibilities

Perform daily and periodic cleaning tasks in assigned washrooms, offices and common areas as directed by Supervisors, including:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning furniture and fixtures
• Wiping and sanitizing mirrors, walls, and partitions
• Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of high touchpoint areas
• Restocking consumable toiletries
• Cleaning entrance and exit doors and associated fixtures
• Reporting any minor maintenance repairs, damages, or incidents of vandalism
• Maintain cleanliness of janitor rooms and ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
• Collect and replenish of consumable stocks in assigned storage areas
• Uphold and adhere to all current emergency, safety and fire procedures
• Carry out additional duties as assigned or required by Supervisors or management

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all visitors including tenants and their guests
• Oversee the concierge counter and handles all tenants/guest enquiries
• Manage the Visitor Management System to register guests/visitors
• Provide value-added services, directions and assistance to tenants/guest
• Collate tenants' feedback regularly
• Assist with tenant events / promotional activities and management team on the day-to-day operations
• Familiar with floor plans, facilities and services of Millenia Singapore and Pontiac Land Group of Hotels to assist with tenant/guest request
• Assist with the orientation tours to showcase our properties to new tenants or clients;
• Assist in administrative support to management office whenever necessary
• Any other ad-hoc task may be assigned

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in Customer Service would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team officers perform their tasks effectively and efficiently;
• Conduct regular patrols of carpark premises and check on staff performances;
• Respond to and supervise responses to all emergencies such as power failure, equipment breakdown, etc. within the carpark;
• Enforcement of current authorities rules and regulations, such as 'No Smoking' in covered premises;
• Respond to and supervise responses to all fire and security alarm activations in the car park premises;
• To be in line with the company's procedures and policies;
• Investigate and report all security breaches and building defects at car parks immediately;
• Supervise and ensure driveway orderliness;
• Conduct briefings and training programs to ground officers on car park operations;
• Administer all aspects of car park operations and supporting the events held at the hotels;
• Enforcing workplace safety & health policies and procedures;
• Handling unruly and violent behaviours;
• Assist on lots closure to facilitate for smooth process on maintenance and repair to the various facilities rooms in car park, such as ejector pump maintenance, ceiling repair etc;
• Provide good service standards and service recovery;
• Act as liaison between LTA, SPF, SCDF on events for security arrangements and traffic advisories;
• Perform administrative tasks such as data collection and data analysis, daily accounting of cheques received etc; and
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors, which are deemed necessary for the holistic discharge of the responsibilities of the appointment.

Key Requirements

• Completed GCE ‘O’ Level & SIRD certified
• Minimum 3 years supervisors' experience
• Possess knowledge of the traffic regulations and must have a comprehensive understanding of car park equipment and technology
• Ability to juggle priorities and deliver excellent customer service in fast moving customer facing environment
• Good interpersonal skills and the passion to serve others
• Exhibits initiative, proactive in assisting the customers and good interpersonal skills
• Committed to customer care, diplomatic and remaining calm in confrontational situations
• Au fait with the Electronic Parking System & Parking Guiding System
• Flexible approach towards various working patterns
• Good observational skills required
• Competent in the management of car park operations
• Ability to interface with clients and customers internally and externally
• Previous management experience of third party contract providers
• Strong working knowledge of all relevant health and safety legislation and policies

• Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Maintain and monitor building systems
• Assist the department in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV, plumbing and sanitary
• Conduct preventive and corrective servicing, inspection, replacements of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems

Key Requirements:

• Perform Patrolling duties for office towers/shopping malls/residential buildings
• Respond to emergencies which includes but not limit to lift traps, power failure, fire/security alarm activation

• Valid SIRD Security Licence is required

• Assist to carry heavy/bulky items for tenants, guests and visitors from vehicles to the lobby, if necessary;
• Shelter tenants, guests and visitors alighting from vehicles with umbrellas during inclement weather; and
