1. Job Purpose

This role will contribute to developing and delivering Value-based care strategies and portfolio in support of NHG’s vision for population health across the spectrum of care.

This role works closely with the 3 zones to harness data management capabilities that are aligned with clinical strategies and with the clinical leads to align the approach of value-based care initiatives across NHG. The role will also work closely with Finance colleagues in NHG in ensuring that patient- & population-care based care delivers their desired value-driven outcomes.

2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads in the discussions and work closely with stakeholders to develop NHG’s approach to value-based care, and key clinical priority areas of focus.

Work closely with zone teams to improve the quality, appropriateness & efficiency of care consistent with NHG’s principles of accountable care & clinical integration.

Leads in the development and implementation of value-based care tools (eg PROMs) and payment models to drive improved patient outcomes across NHG.

Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key initiatives that would deliver better value to residents, patients, NOKs and staff. This will include but not be limited to the following objectives:

a. To optimize key resources’ utilization and ensure cost effectiveness

b. To work with each zone to develop and maintain a financially sustainable value delivery system

c. To benchmark NHG’s performance across the 3 zones in delivering value to patients and staff, and encourage a culture of sharing best practices

Works closely with institutional stakeholders, GAC and Group Finance in the development of Value based payment models and incentives.

Guide the executive on tasks assigned.

What you’ll do as a Dental Assistant in Dental Clinic!

The main role of a Dental Assistant is to provide four-handed dentistry assistance to Dental Surgeon/Dental Officer/Oral Health Therapist. You will adhere to established infection control measures, procedures and protocols.

Provide administrative support in dental clinic operations if required (e.g. follow-up on laboratory cases, consumables ordering and distribution, managing clinic’s inventories and equipment maintenance).

You are required to help out in the decontamination and sterilisation of dental instruments at times. You will also participate in or support quality improvement activities within Dental Clinic. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates who do not have prior experience.

1. Job Purpose

The Director/Deputy Director of Digital Services is responsible to drive NHG’s digital transformation efforts and associated change management for population health plans, relationship based care and integrated care with primary and community care providers and partners. He/She will support the leadership in business transformation efforts through the implementation of digital strategy and digital products in alignment with the overall business needs and plans. In particular, he/she will work closely with the Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO) and the Population Health Management and Planning team of Population Health Campus in the development of the digital strategy and data strategy for the our residents and patients. He/she will also work closely with the Digital Health department at NHG HQ and stakeholders such as MOH, Synapxe to ensure congruency and alignment.

He/she shall lead the Digital Services team to ensure smooth and effective engagement, implementation and evaluation, in accordance with the goals and objectives and developed strategies under Population Health. This involves collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand their digital needs and identify opportunities for transformation and improvement. He/she should also possess the ability to lead the team to keep abreast of developments in the government IT and business transformation landscape; be familiar and current with the latest technology trends and innovations, so as to drive innovation and efficiency. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programmes at the Group level to support NHG’s institutions in attracting, motivating and retaining the right talents to support business strategies. Strategic C&B

• Drive strategic C&B projects (e.g. salary structure reviews, allowance reviews, benefits reviews, recognition and retention schemes) from end-to-end, including conceptualisation, simulations, implementation strategies, drafting of approval papers, communications and change management
