Primary Functions:
• To provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team
• To ensure that clients get the best support they need
• To resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

HR Executive
Responsibilities:
· Provide full spectrum of HR support on all HR operations and office administration
· Liaise with Ministry of Manpower on application/renewal/issuance/cancellation of relevant work passes
· Prepare employment letter and follow-up on probation for new hires
· Conduct staff orientation for new hires
· Maintain up-to-date personal data in HR database
· Coordinate and facilitate staff trainings
· Leave administration and manage staff NS, childcare, maternity leave claim
· In charge of Company Insurance renewal
· Partner with relevant department on ad-hoc projects as assigned periodically such as reviewing benefits packages, performance management, KPI, HR processes, Company Handbook and ISO system.
· To assist in other HR office administrative functions and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR
· Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels.
· Initiative with good working knowledge of MS Office
· Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
· 5 days work-week, (working hours from 9-6pm)
