Position Summary:
The Compensation Analyst will conduct analysis and create and review materials related to the assessment, evaluation and ongoing delivery of all compensation programs, including some or all of base pay, incentive compensation plans, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation and recognition plans. Assist in designing communication materials and communicating compensation plans, policies and procedures to a variety of audiences.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related fields required plus 1 to 5 years of compensation related experience.
CCP or course work completed towards CCP preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and well organized.
Experience with HR systems; Workday preferred.
High regard for customer service and the protection of confidential information.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and internal customers.

The Complaint Analyst is responsible for reviewing and investigating complaints initiated by customers and oversees the complaint response process to facilitate timely resolutions and responses. Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to support the Service Provider Compliance audit team in monitoring quality, compliance, and performance of all Service Providers contracted by Portfolio Recovery Associates for outsourced collections.Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Conducts remote audits of External Vendors and Recovery Service Providers which include:
Judgment, Cost, NSF, SIF-PIF, and Performance reviews on pre-selected accounts.
Monthly Calibration Audits with Service Providers to include Balance and Inventory Reconciliations, Financial Reconciliations, Statute of Limitation Audits, Telephone Call Monitoring Audit, Complaint and Dispute Log Audits, and NSF Reporting Audit.
Summarize and deliver audit results and written recommendations to the Service Providers.
Facilitate and resolve the remediation of medium and high risk audit findings identified through the onsite audit which includes constant communication and follow-up with Service Providers via telephone, and email.
Assists and provides guidance to Service Providers with audit related concerns or issues.
Assists and provides guidance to External Legal Recovery Coordinators with Service Provider related issues.
Performs other projects or special assignments as required.
Document retrieval from SFTP site and management of documents on Legal Recovery Audit drive
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s preferred, but not required
Two or more years experience in a high volume legal collection position preferred
Must understand the flow of accounts through the legal pipeline, from selection to final resolution of accounts
Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Must have effective organizational, communication, time-management and interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections and Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is required
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret legal documents, and understand legal terminology
