Admin Assistant

Salary : $2,000 to $2,300

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare, sort and maintain documents, keep record of completed work

· Provided routine office supports such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, mailing and picking up correspondence.

· Update and maintain employee attendance record

· Arrange courier service as and when (local and international)

· Stock taking and ordering of pantry and stationery supplies

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

· ITE/"O" Level or equivalent

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
