Requirements:

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company’s financing strategy to fund operations and expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and lead financial accounting of overseas subsidiaries and branches which including sales, manufacturing, research and development (R&D), after sales, etc.

2. Responsible for the merge of report forms in overseas subsidiaries and branches.

3. Manage company’s clean financial status and change in capital; optimize cash management and capital’s receipts and payment.

4. Responsible for the company's overseas markets (Asia Pacific, Europe, America, the Middle East, etc.) tax, fund compliance operations;

5. Involve in the decision of important investment project and financing activities.

6. Take initiatives on digitization and automation to further increase data transparency, and further improve data transparency and data analysis, and support business decisions. Manage finance IT system with support of IT department.

7. Coordinate with internal/external auditors and related government authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance related major, CPA, ACCA and other professional qualifications are preferred;

2. more than 8 years of overseas financial management experience, familiar with overseas financial system, capital and tax system, familiar with ERP system;

3. multinational companies or Chinese overseas experience is preferred, such as Delta, ABB, Tesla, Huawei, Ali, Xiaomi, TRW, etc

4. Strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability;

5. Have a high sense of responsibility, excellent cross-departmental teamwork and communication skill;

6. Digital ability and financial experience in Singapore, Germany, India, the United States is preferred;

7. Fluent in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
