Turner & Townsend Singapore are looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our growing team. The successful applicant will help implement BIM on behalf of our clients worldwide; co-managing the BIM team, leading a team and being responsible for project delivery.
Typically, a qualified professional in multi-discipline with at least 8 year’s relevant experience in infrastructure BIM environment is a key component of the role. The applicant should be familiar with Singapore and ISO 19650 standards and guidelines and be an enthusiastic, proactive self-starters with well-developed communications and analytical skills.
Previous experience working in a BIM environment on a major project or programme would be ideal, evidence of BIM courses and modules would strengthen your application. Expected to be numerate and computer literate, competent with the following ‘model checking’ and ‘model authoring’ software’s:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and pro-active Programme Manager at an Associate Director level within our PMO team in our office in Singapore.We are currently delivering significant programmes of work for large multi-national clients, within the corporate real estate space. Many of our projects are iconic, international in reach and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the market place. Experience of leading workstreams on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment would be ideal.
Main Purpose of Role
To be part of Turner & Townsend’s PMO team
To lead PMO, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
To provide support on major PMO, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Leading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions
Leading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
Lead on Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
Leading on advising upon the procurement of resources
Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
Leading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniques
Leading and advising upon project finances
Leading and advising on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputes
Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
Preparing formal project progress and other reports
Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Marketing and business development, to include:
Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager
Leading in the production of bid documentation
Ensuring that project case study, photograph and project CV files are kept up to date on our internal systems
Identifying ways in which project management products and services can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager
Internal management accountabilities, to include:
Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database
Financial management – Ensuring prompt client invoicing and monitoring a project’s financial status
Process improvement – Identifying ways in which internal systems and processes can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager
Line Management – Mentor and develop line reports, carry out performance reviews and identify skills gaps in the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or other related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in managing large programmes of work within the corporate real estate sector
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project).
Good analytical skills, Able to execute multiple projects at the same time without disruptions. Able to work with the client from all chains of command.
Able to be a good representative of the client.
Demonstrated experience of a willingness and ability to consistently dive deep into project delivery, creative problem solving, and the ability to push past barriers to achieve full project execution.
Fluent in business English is a must (additional regional languages are a plus)
