1. Responsible for overall management of properties - residential

2 Support all marketing efforts and manage new leases including promotion of the property online and offline, manning the marketing hotline, handle agents' and prospects site viewings

3. Manage LOIs, tenancy agreements, lease renewals and other administrative issues

4. Manage handover and/or handback of premises to/from tenants including preparation of inventory list, determine sums due (rent, tenant damages, reinstatement, etc)

Job Description:

1. Perform building/facilities/property preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works
2. Supervise maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
3. Conduct routine building inspections and monitor the performance of the mechanical & electrical systems
4. Carry out breakdown maintenance works (eg. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting and building repair works)
5. Attend to breakdown of building services and tenants' service calls

• Work within budget allocated
• Attend meetings

• Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
