1)Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

2) Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.

3)Class 3 driving license and good communication skill

4) Experience as Personal/Company driver is a must

• Carry out a review of work progress on a regular basis
• Analyze , manage, and mitigate risks
• Make sure that construction standards are of high quality and also ensure the use of proper construction techniques
• Plan, as well as make decisions to prevent problems and any emerging ones
• Coordinate and direct the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Job Description & Requirements

Handle employees’ training arrangement like monitoring and applying coretrade, Enhanced SOC and other courses/licences

Application/renewal/cancellation/replacement of Work Passes

Perform administrative tasks e.g., insurance renewal, dormitory

Handle foreign workers related matters such as Security Bond, OFWAS, PCP, booking of air ticket etc

Administer vehicles insurance and roadtax renewals

Maintain proper filing system, documentation & database

General office administration and management (eg. requisitions of office/pantry supplies)

Assist Accounts for staff payslips, reimbursement, payment processing and receiving

Assist Directors with travel arrangement and booking reservations

Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior or HOD
