Job Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for full set of accounts and monthly reporting
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong in intercompany billing and balances
• Prepare GST returns and submit GST, claims, etc in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Liaise with External Auditor / tax agent
• Any ad-hoc financial matters or task assigned by your superior

Requirement :

• Min 2 year of relevant experience is required
• Min Diploma/LCCI
• Independent and has initiatives
• Team player
• Audit experience is an advantage

Job Description

- Perform routine, emergency and preventative maintenance of forklifts/truck.

- Interpret and understand manufacturer's technical manuals to perform the necessary maintenance and repairs needed.

- Troubleshoot forklift/truck problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions.

- Able to diagnose and repair mast and attachment components.

- Good working knowledge of brake systems and tire/wheel changes.

- Ability to work on LP, gas and diesel systems.

- Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairs.

- Reassemble forklifts/truck and make all necessary adjustments for effective and safe operation.

- Perform safety inspection of forklifts/truck prior to being released back to the work floor.

- Cleaning of equipment and other areas as required.

- Ensure work area and methods used in carrying out job duties meet safety requirements.

- Maintain an organized and neat work area.

- Competent to complete legible service documents and logs for preventative maintenance tasks.

- Learn new technical information and techniques to stay current with changing technology.

- Other ad hoc routine maintenance, testing and commissioning that maybe assigned from time to time

- Experience in Heavy Forklift/Equipment, Senior Mechanic and/or Mechanic .

Requirements

- At least 2 or more years of experience in related field.

- Independent & has initiatives

- Self-motivated.

- Valid driving & forklift license

- 5.5 days work week

Job Responsibilities

• Operate hook lift truck to perform waste bin deliveries and pick-ups in safe and timely manner.
• Operation of the hook lift truck for loading and unloading of bins
• Planning each route based on road and traffic conditions
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hook lift truck.
• Any other job assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Class 4 driving license with hook lift experience
• Physically fit
• Willing to work in Tuas and waste management environment
