Job Summary
Position works in a shared services environment and is responsible for applying domestic and international cash receipts to customer accounts and working directly with internal and external business partners to resolve payment discrepancies. This position works closely with business unit personnel across Epiq’s various offices to develop and streamline business processes in order to improve efficiency and meet ever-changing business requirements.

CoStar Group is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the ongoing design and execution of the company’s global compensation programs. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst will contribute to all aspects of planning, development, and implementation of new and revised compensation programs. This role offers tremendous growth, career progression and exposure to company leadership.
An ideal candidate will strike a balance in how they work. They should be structured and analytical in their approach yet able to navigate changing business priorities and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment. They need to enjoy analyzing large data sets to tease out meaningful info and excel at presenting findings to business partners and company leaders in a close partnership.
This role offers the opportunity to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in either our Washington, DC or Richmond, VA office.
Responsibilities:
Advise on company’s compensation philosophy, practices, and programs; conduct in depth analysis to provide compensation expertise and support to management, recruiting and HR business partners.
Administer annual merit and bonus awards, including developing/updating global budgets, guidelines, and tools; preparing communication materials; and analyzing and counseling HR business partners and management on recommendations.
Evaluate jobs, determine salary ranges, and educate management on appropriate job classification and profile. Review proposed promotion and adjustment increases and counsel managers on compensation-related challenges.
Conduct market assessments for development of global base/bonus budgets, guidelines, and programs.
Participate in annual salary surveys, including preparation and submission of all required data elements.
Maintain/update global salary ranges, job codes, grades, and bonus targets and guidelines; partner with HR business partners, HR Operations and HRIS to ensure accuracy of compensation data in Workday.
Ensure effective communication/promotion of the company's compensation programs and practices to HR, Finance, management, employees & candidates.
Develop and maintain metrics and reporting
Proactively support team members across HR and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
A track record of commitment to prior employers
2+ years of Compensation specific experience; global experience in a high-tech agile environment
Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Extensive experience in creating and maintaining all facets of a job architecture structure
Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and exercise good judgement
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage end-to-end processes
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization including executives
Strong working knowledge of current compensation practices and trends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday and Radford (Aon) strongly preferred
Experience in executive and sales compensation

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
